Babes in the Woods

Vanity Fairways isn't just a ladies golf apparel and accessories shop -- we are also bringing our clients and all lady golfers (good, bad, average & beginner) a range of clinics and workshops in conjunction with local Pro Richard Harris from McLeod Country Golf Club. So you can learn how to play if you are a beginner or how to improve your game and maybe get a handicap if you don’t already have one.

Participants will learn more about golf rules and etiquette, all with other ladies and have a lot of fun doing it! That's what it's all about -- our Babes in the Woods -- Beginner Babes in the Woods -- Business Babes in the Woods.

Our first Babes in the Woods golf clinic commenced in April 2007 and we ran 7 x 6week clinics during the year.

Our Babes beginners groups have been increasing in numbers. Our first group of Level 1 moved almost 100% to Level 2 and we had whole new groups come in at Level 1. Our first Babes group for 2008 will commence in late February.

We had our first Babes Weekend Away in October - we headed out to Kooralbyn for the weekend and everyone had a great time - we played Ambrose golf so everyone got to play and put into practise the golf they had been learning and practising for weeks. The "apres' golf" was also a lot of fun - but that's what it's all about - having fun and enjoying yourself !!!

Come along with a girlfriend or on your own - learn to play golf with "Babes 1" or brush-up some long forgotten skills with "Babes 2," and have some laughs doing it – do something for you!

Bookings: Are essential and pre-payment is required as soon as confirmation is received

Credit cards: Are accepted for payment

Golf Clubs: Available for hire from the Pro Shop or bring your own

Conditions:

• Each clinic is limited to 10 so bookings are essential

• Subject to minimum of 8 participants

• If you miss a week due to work or family commitments, there is no refund

Further clinics will be scheduled for Babes that have played before and are a little rusty and want to start again.
