Registration inclusions

• 3 nights accommodation in 2 bedroom unit at Boambee Bay Resort (just a few minutes from Bonville) - Twin, Triple or quad share rooms costs as below.
• 9 hole stableford competition Friday afternoon as a practice round
• Welcome Cocktail Party at Bonville Friday pm
• 2x rounds of 18 holes with shared electric cart hire (Saturday & Sunday)
• Ladies Classic Competition entry fees for Saturday & Sunday
• Gala Dinner on Saturday night

Getting to Bonville

Bonville is just south of Coffs Harbour which is approx a 5.5 hours drive from Brisbane.

Last year a few ladies car-pooled and drove down together and we also had enough ladies interested in traveling with us in the mini-bus which we hired for the weekend.

The cost worked out to be approx $85 per person which included a share of petrol for the return trip and also a trailer for all the golf gear.

Allowing for increased petrol prices and hire charges it would probably work out at approx $100 per person for 2012.

If you are interested in traveling by mini-bus please let me know when you are booking.

Deposits and Balances

This event fills almost as soon as it is released and it’s a busy weekend in Coffs Harbour.

Bonville require full payment of their registration fee up-front to secure time-slots & the accommodation also require deposits up-front to secure bookings.

A deposit of $400 per person is required at the time of booking with the balance payable by 19 January.

If you have to cancel I will do my utmost to get full refunds or find a replacement for you but any fees imposed by either Bonville or the hotel will be passed on.
