If the item purchased is not the correct size/colour or style you are responsible to return the item to us and we will exchange it for you.

We will do all possible to exchange the item but please be aware that that is not always possible if stock is no longer available.

We are happy to refund any item/s purchased if you are not satisfied. We will refund the purchase price providing the clothes are returned unworn and with the original tags in place. 

All Purchases of Sale Items are Final and Non-refundable. No Exchanges, Returns or Refunds will be made on items on sale unless otherwise stated or arranged prior to purchase.

Refunds will be through the original payment method. Refunds for unwanted goods are made, less the postage component of the original price. 

If the goods are faulty, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange return. If it is a manufacturing fault then the item will have to be returned to the manufacturer for replacement.
