The end of our second year is fast approaching ! This past year we've been a lot busier with more and more ladies knowing about Vanity Fairways and coming in to see our great range of clothing and accessories. One group of ladies that has taken me by surprise is the equestrians.area that has been we are having heaps of fun and also managing to play a little more golf this year.

Our website is now fully established and will be updated as new stock arrives.

We don't have a "shopping cart" on our website - the reason for this is that a lot of our customers aren't happy to place credit card details in cyber-space and we would much rather speak to our customers - find out their needs and discuss styles, sizes, colours and availability thus ensuring it's right the first time and avoiding disappointment and hassles for everyone with returns and credits. We have very happy customers in New Zealand, Fiji and all around Australia - so it does work !

One of the things that has always been on my "To Do" list is to have our very own Ladies Only Golf Day and after many months of preparation the Inaugural Vanity Fairways/ Leukaemia Foundation Charity Golf Day was held at Brookwater Golf Course on Thursday 29th May. 114 ladies from all around Brisbane and the Gold & Sunshine Coast joined us for a fantastic day. Over $2000 was raised on the day from raffles, ribbon sales, lucky balloons and novelty holes.

• Babes In The Woods Golf Clinics are continuing to be popular with Beginner Lady golfers. We have also introduced an Intermediate Level so that Babes can progress their golf to the next level.

Sponsoring Competitions

We know just how difficult it is for Ladies Comittees to get sponsors

for competitions and we would love to become a sponsor at your golf club. Competition schedules for 2008 have been finalised by most Match Committees by now.....if you've missed us but still see an opportunity for Vanity Fairways to sponsor please give Deborah a call and we'll see what we can arrange.
